English Customer Service (Live Chat) – Yogyakarta
Key Responsibility :
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat in English
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Achieve performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum English level B2 (certificate preferred / willing to take test)
- Minimum education D3
- Minimum 3 months experience in Contact Center / Customer Service
- Willing to work in permanent Night Shift
Placement: Sleman City Hall, Yogyakarta
