PT. Koneksi Seluruh Indonesia We are currently looking for an English Customer Service (Live Chat) to support our North America market. If you have strong English skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this opportunity is for you!

English Customer Service (Live Chat) – Yogyakarta

Key Responsibility :
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat in English
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Achieve performance targets

Requirements:
- Minimum English level B2 (certificate preferred / willing to take test)
- Minimum education D3
- Minimum 3 months experience in Contact Center / Customer Service
- Willing to work in permanent Night Shift

Placement: Sleman City Hall, Yogyakarta
